Errors and omissions

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, The widrest.com shop accepts no liability for any errors or omissions. If you have any questions or disputes with your order, make sure you have filed this via email/telephone within 14 days of your purchase.

Shipping And Handling

Most orders are delivered by AirMail, therefore please ensure we have the correct postal address, including correct postal code. Most orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders taken before the cut-off time (2.00pm) will be despatched within 3 business days, subject to credit card approval and availability.

All clients will be issued a tracking number (if available to their country) after shipping.

If there is shipping information missing, such as incomplete or un-verifiable addresses, the order will not be shipped until the information inquired by email or phone is supplied. 

The time for your order to arrive after shipping will depend on your location. Orders to the US and EU typically take 5-8 working days after postage takes place. Other international locations depend on couriers available.

We do not take responsibility for delays in shipping that are due to courier issues, customs delays or any other delay that is not related to our shipping date, that should be within the 3 business days period from the confirmed payment.

By placing your order you agree that you are aware of the potential customs fees that could be required by your local government. By ordering you accept that you will take care of any possible customs/administrative fees when receiving your product.

If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund, including the original shipping price.

Customs or administrative institutions may require us to forward personal or professional identification to them for the clearance process. By placing your order you agree to collaborate with these institutions for customs clearance.

Items out of stock

Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email/telephone with the opportunity to choose an alternative, to accept an immediate refund, or to wait for replenished stock.

Refunds / Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product then it may be returned within 14 days of receipt providing it is in its original packing, unused and in a re-sellable condition. We will however only refund the price of the item and not the original postage or indeed the cost of the return postage, this is in accordance with the distant selling regulations. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value, and you should be able to provide proof of returning, i.e. tracking reference or courier consignment number etc.

If the item however is faulty you will be re-imbursed the full amount. After this 14 day cooling off period any returns will be at our discretion. Should any item be faulty, contact us by email to arrange a return and we will dispatch a replacement/investigate the fault. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
